Eosinophilic Esophagitis is classified as rare due to the low prevalence, high level of complexity, and chronic debilitating nature of this disease. FOX Carolina based out of Greenville, SC made a video on a 6 year old boy named Giles Martin Schanen in honor of Rare Disease Day.
